What better way to thank consumers for their loyalty than with a rewards program.
I have worked on the launch of three different rewards programs, each a little different.

 

 

C. Rewards was set to launch in tandem with the brand’s 200th anniversary. When I was brought onto the project, the basic web framework was set and I helped mold the look of the program and carry that over into e-mail land.

 

 

M. Rewards launched after a successful test-run in a small market. A team of art directors and I brought their new take on a rewards program through web, email and direct mail. They rewarded loyalty through a rewards catalog. In addition to the web work, we also concepted and directed a photo shoot to showcase the new rewards items.

2020 Rewards Homepage experience featuring prizes and ways to earn.

As an option, customers could donate their points to charities. For this instance, the brand matched up to 25 million points in 2020.


 

Before there was M. Rewards there was P. West. The program before the program to test out the concept. The first introduction of P. West was the direct mail piece below detailing how to earn points as well highlighting some of the items in the rewards catalog.
